1.  The information in this document contains vital terms and conditions that may affect your legal rights and remedies. 2.  This site is available to members over the age of 18. By becoming a member, you agree that you are the age of or over 18 years.  You agree that the information you register with is truthful and accurate.

3.  YouBeenX.com is not responsible for the misrepresentations of individuals who choose to register with stolen photos or incorrect personal information. This is including but not limited to age, location and gender.

4.  YouBeenX.com is a site designed to entertain. Spamming YouBeenX.com may result in account termination.

5.  This site is only to be used for lawful purposes. Illegal activity is not allowed to occur on YouBeenX.com, as a result of contact you've had with YouBeenX.com, or with the members of YouBeenX.com. You agree not to copy materials on the site, not to reverse engineer or break into the site, and not to use the YouBeenX.com materials, products or services to violate law.  The features in YouBeenX.com are not intended for harmful or unlawful use as such uses are prohibited. By agreeing to be a member of this site, you are agreeing to use this site only for lawful purposes.  Using any of the artwork for this site originally designed by or for YouBeenX.com on your website is prohibited unless written authorization is obtained from YouBeenX.com.

Anyone using the audio, video, graphics, sound contents, or pictures without prior consent from the owner of YouBeenX.com may result in the violators being prosecuted and/or account termination. You may not modify, edit, publish, transmit, display, or participate in any of the
aforementioned activities using any of the copyrighted material from YouBeenX.com. You may not redistribute, publish or commercialize any material from YouBeenX.com without the owner's prior written consent.

7.  The use of YouBeenX.com is at the discretion of the owner and any use by anyone may be terminated by the owner at any time. Users may also be banned from threads at any time by administration.Content within communication facilities is not generally monitored or filtered, however YouBeenX.com holds the right to remove any materials without cause, notice, or explanation.

8.  Your access to this site may be limited or denied by the owner, due to changes in fees, available hours, or a violation of any of these terms. The owner is not required to give access before the changes are made.

9.  This is a public site and YouBeenX.com will not discriminate membership based on sex, race, ethnicity, or income levels.  You agree to abstain from using language of an overtly sexual, offensive, or obscene nature. Harassment, offensive conduct, and privacy invasion are prohibited.  Racially offensive material and slurring is prohibited. No sexually explicit links or images may be submitted to YouBeenX.com on the forums, journals, or in profiles. Any member who directly violates this rule may be terminated. In the event that a new member breaks the rules deliberately and excessively, we reserve the right to mute and/or ban their account for 7 days before granting the option for termination.

10.  This site is to only be used for lawful purposes. By agreeing to be a member of this site, you are agreeing to use this site only for lawful purposes.  This is a public site and YouBeenX.com will not discriminate membership based on sex, race, ethnicity, or income levels. public site, members may not post any offensive, vulgar, largely obscene or profane material that may  infringe on another member’s rights.  No pornographic images or illegal drugs may be submitted to YouBeenX.com on the forums, journals, or in profiles. Any member who directly violates this rule may be terminated.

11.  You agree to use the site as per the instructions, not to disclose your password to others for use. Only one account per individual is allowed. YouBeenX.com is not responsible for any damages that occur as the result of you giving your account password to anyone.  YouBeenX.com possesses a license for use of anything you submit or post.

12.  YouBeenX.com will not sell your name or password to anyone else. We value the privacy of our members.

13.  You are not allowed to post, submit, or upload anything that is protected under trademark or copyright. You are responsible for any damages as a result from violating the copyright laws.  Your access to the site may be limited or denied, by the owner, due to changes in the fees, available hours, or a violation of any of these terms. The owner is not required to give access before the changes are made.  Your YouBeenX.com account is password protected. You may not share your password with anyone else or threaten to hack. In the event of suspicion, administration will investigate by whatever means possible through the website (this includes inbox messages and comments) for further explanation.
YouBeenX.com is not responsible for any damages that occur as the result of you giving your account password to someone.

14.  The information available in YouBeenX.com is not intended for commercial use unless written consent is obtained by the owner of YouBeenX.com. If linking from your website to our website is desired, you must only link to our homepage YouBeenX.com.

19. Account activation policy: Due to an undesirable rate of spam and fake accounts we are forced to make it obligatory for all new members to upload a saluted photo of themselves to become activated. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
